Fashion-verse. Fashion-on-demand metaverse.

1. Announcement.

It takes 7,570 liters of water to grow cotton and sew one pair of jeans. During the production of one pair of jeans, 13 kilograms of CO2 are released into the air. Every year, the fashion industry generates about 90 million tons of garbage. 87% of clothing textiles end up in landfills or are burned, causing new greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time, a modern urban dweller wears 80% of the wardrobe once or never at all. Does fashion kill our planet? Fast fashion kills our planet. It's time for "fashion on demand", if we want our children to live on planet Earth without spacesuits. Let's build together a new business model for the fashion industry and the fashion-verse for all the fashion market players.
The Fashion-verse project offers to create a single decentralized platform for the fashion market based on the platform for building oofy metaverses using the NEAR Protocol blockchain.

2. Story.

Why fashion on demand?

Fashion on demand is a business model in which goods are produced only when they are needed. A brand or fashion designer does not send an order to its manufacturers to produce the required number of products until their clients order these products. This results in longer waiting time for clients because the product has not yet been produced by the manufacturer at the time of order.
However, fashion on demand does not need to be stocked while waiting for clients to buy some of those items. No risk of overstocking. No related losses. There is no harm to the environment from the products that no one bought. There is no harm to the environment from the disposal of surplus goods. Products are made according to the personal requirements of the client. Manufacturing works evenly, without seasonal peaks. Not attracting seasonal workers. Skilled workers mean always less production losses and always higher product quality.
Time-to-market for new products is reduced. The “52 seasons” model is implemented, when new collections and products can enter the market every week. This allows fashion designers to better match the trends of the market. Business indicators improve, the business becomes more productive and manageable than ever before. Fashion on demand gives new brands and designers the opportunity to get off to a fast start without significant initial costs. This reduces the risk of starting your project. This opens the way for talented people. It gives more ideas. Greater choice. Freedom of creation. Freedom of life in the fashion-verse.

Who lives in fashion-verse.

Person. Brand. Fashion designer. Constructor for fashion design. Model. Photographer. Stylist. Reviewer. Ambassador. Community.

Firstly, it is the Person. This is a person who has created his/her account in the metaverse, who receives his wallet for storing coins and other crypto assets, has his/her own profile and status, collects his/her personal data and monetizes them, who actively interacts with other participants in the metaverse. The Person is a client of the fashion industry, which unfolds in a metaverse. The fashion industry consists of different types of participants, each with a distinct role in the creation of the fashion world.
Fashion starts with a fashion designer and a brand. Fashion designer creates moods, atmosphere, ideas, sketches. Brand creates a product that clients will wear.
Constructor for fashion design. The constructor for fashion design passes the way from the sketch to the production specifications. He/she is a free agent who can work with one fashion designer and brand all the time, as well as with many others who need his/her service. The constructor for fashion design, together with the designer, brings the idea to implementation in a real product or in a virtual 3D model. The constructor for fashion design, together with the designer, prepares the model for transfer to production.
Model. It is impossible to imagine creation of a product without a model who demonstrates it. The model materializes all the ideas of the fashion designer, trying them on.
Photographer. It is impossible to share the beauty of the fashion designer’s idea, realized in the clothes the model wears on, without a photographer. The photographer dictates the terms of his/her work. Stylist. A free agent who stands between the brand and the client. He/she helps to select and create a look from the products of one or several fashion designers, taking into account the characteristics and moods of the client for whom he/she creates this look.
Reviewer. He/she is passionate about fashion and has a way with words. He/she often blogs or writes posts and reviews at the request of the brand. His/her opinion is valued by readers and followers. They listen to his/her advice.
Ambassador. An active supporter and admirer of a brand or a fashion designer who seeks to convince about their superiority all those, who surround him/her.
Community. Various communities of persons around a brand or around a common project or around an interesting personality, or they just gathered to talk about a common topic or get benefit from a joint purchase.

What a citizen of the fashion-verse gets.

Utility. Social capital. Entertainment.

Utility. A person, a client of fashion on demand, gets direct access to brands or fashion designers without any mediators in the form of buyers or retailers. He/she participates in loyalty programs and has special conditions for the purchase of products. Products can be personalized if the model provides for it. Novelties that the brand or designer releases immediately become available for order.
Social capital. The social statuses of a person, which he/she begins to accumulate immediately after registration in the metaverse, can relate to many aspects of his/her activity. For the purchase of fashion-on-demand products, a person receives eco-tokens on the wallet, which determine his/her eco-status. His/her involvement in promoting a brand or a fashion designer is also marked on his/her status in that brand or designer's loyalty club. The relationship in the community determines his/her status among other participants as an opinion leader or an expert. The number of followers at a person's blog determines the value of the blog and the person's status as a creator. Social status in the metaverse is always measurable and can be monetized through its sale or through the creation and sale of crypto-assets in the NFT format.
Entertainment. There can be many options for gamification in the fashion-on-demand metaverse. Brands can create their own game scenarios in the format of quests or games, thus accompanying the release of new collections and attracting attention to their brand or products. Another way of entertainment with benefits for the participants is the exchange of crypto tokens of brands and fashion designers. A brand or a fashion designer can issue their own crypto-token in the metaverse, which they can use to service the loyalty program and accept as a means of payment for their goods. The exchange serves the quotes of all crypto-assets issued in the metaverse and allows, with a successful investment, to earn on the growth in popularity of a particular brand or fashion designer.

How fashion on demand works. From sketch to wardrobe.

Sketch. Prototype. SKU. Marketing. Sales. Manufacturing. Trying on. Product maintenance. Secondary market.

Sketch. As is often happens, everything starts with a sketch. The fashion designer prepares a series of sketches for a product or collection. These sketches are presented not only to the board of directors of the brand, but also to a closed community of admirers of the fashion designer's talent. The fashion designer can ask for the opinion of the community by opening a vote. The fashion designer can create an NFT token from a sketch and sell it on the market to pay for the preparation of the product for manufacturing and sale.
Prototype. Based on the sketch, it would be nice to create a prototype, focusing on a model that will present the product, and involve the clothing designer in creating the prototype. Then a photo session and preparation of the product for the manufacturing. The prototype can also be created in the virtual world in 3D model format. From this moment, the product can be put up in the boutique for pre-order and inform all the ambassadors, stylists and reviewers that a new product has appeared. Of course, you can first make a collection and then start promoting it.
SKU. When the prototype is ready and there are no comments or changes to it, you can digitize the patterns and register the product, adding a size guide, a detailed BOM (Bill of Material) indicating the article numbers and suppliers of materials and components. Do not forget about the production instructions in a text form or in a video format. We register the product in the catalog and from that moment it is available for order.
Marketing. A new product or collection can be promoted within the communities of the brand or the fashion designer, or it can be expanded to reach audiences using the channels of reviewers who create content in the fashion-verse. Events in various formats, virtual and real fashion shows, marketplaces that open for one day to demonstrate and sell products will also be interesting for the target audience.
Sales. Products from the catalog are available for order to all citizens of the metaverse in accordance with the specified conditions. You can choose the material of the product, a set of accessories, the factory where the product will be manufactured. While ordering, depending on the choice, the cost of the product and the timing of the order are determined. It is also calculated how many eco-tokens the buyer will receive on his crypto-wallet for ordering such a product. The number of eco-tokens depends on the selected material and the location of the cloud factory where the product will be manufactured. The closer the factory is to the client, the more eco-tokens h/she will receive, since a short logistics arm reduces greenhouse gas emissions and increases the eco-effect of the purchase.
Manufacturing. The made order goes to the selected cloud factory. At the same time, the production support system will take care of the supply of materials and components to the factory according to BOM for the manufacturing of the ordered product. After readiness and control, the product is sent to the buyer. Each product has a Certificate of Authenticity, issued in the NFT format, and may be include labels on the manufacturing, sale, service and use of the product. All this information is entered into the blockchain. A QR code with a link to the Certificate of Authenticity is applied to the product.
Trying on. The buyer tries on the product and, if there are any complaints, he/she can contact the service, which will help decide the fate of the product. The product can be returned to the seller or sent for correction. If the product satisfies the buyer, he/she declares to be its owner, and the product enters his virtual wardrobe. A note about this is recorded in the Certificate of Authenticity of the product.
Product maintenance. The product may require maintenance. It could be recovery. It can be an eco-cleaning for which the client receives additional eco-tokens. The fact of maintenance of the product is recorded in the Certificate of Authenticity.
Secondary market. Sale of the product. The owner can put up any product from his wardrobe for sale on the secondary market. The sale can take place both on the sites of the metaverse and on external sites. For the sale and purchase of the product on the secondary market, participants of the transaction receive eco-tokens for extending the life of a particular product and refusing to buy a new one, which helped reduce harmful emissions.

3. Tokenomics

To serve the operation of the fashion-verse platform, the project issues its own token. The token is issued in the NEAR Protocol network. The initial placement of tokens is expected among investors who finance the launch of the platform. After the launch of the platform, the tokens are brought to the market and will be available through exchanges and DeFi platforms.
Brands and designers who have created an account can issue their own token. Initially, the token is issued as a stablecoin. Subsequently, the token manager can bring it to the internal exchange and quote it in tandem with tokens of other brands or a platform token.

4. Investments into project.

How much attract on the first stage.

To deploy the Fashion-verse platform and launch it into operation using oofy and NEAR Protocol, it is necessary to attract investments in the amount of 500K USDT at the pre-seed stage. Attraction of investments is carried out on the basis of SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens). Immediately after the TGE (Token Generation Event), which takes place as indicated in the document, the investor receives the number of Fashion-verse platform tokens specified in the agreement.

What we raise funds for.

Fashion-verse is planned to be implemented on the oofy platform, designed to create various digital metagalaxies. This allows to create a fashion-on-demand metaverse and enter the market with a ready-made solution within 6 months after the launch of the project. During this time, new DAO formats that are currently not available on the oofy platform will be additionally implemented. Integration with systems used in garment factories, as well as fashion business management systems, is implemented. The infrastructure of fashion on demand is prepared according to the requirements. First of all, it is the formation of a pool of cloud factories, as well as the selection and connection of logistics operators that implement the drop-shipping model together with the factories. Implementation of new functions for the web account of the brand and designer. Customization and finalization of a mobile application for a person. An independent review of the security of the Fashion-verse solution, preparation and audit of the legal model of the platform will be required. Part of the attracted investments will be spent on the development of marketing strategies and programs, as well as on the implementation of the first stage of bringing the platform to the market.

Exit from investment.

An investor's exit from the project is possible in 12 months after TGE. This allows to avoid the collapse of the project token market in the first stages after the issuance of tokens on the market. During this time, the liquidity of the token will also be filled and investors will be able to get a good ratio to his/her initial investment.
If the investor wants to exit the project before this time, he/she can assign his/her rights to another holder. Agreements between the parties are not regulated by the project. The project administration can re-register the wallet address of the new asset holder or the obligation at the request of the parties.

How to invest in the project.

If you are interested in participating in the Fashion-verse project in the early stages, please, complete the registration form here or use the "Invest in the project" button. You will be added to the white list of early investors. After preparing the relevant documents, the project team will contact you to agree on the further actions.
